I think we need more street-level characters in the line. Maybe the Disney+ focus on the streets will provide opportunities to see more of their 616 counterparts in the line.
Daredevil, Moon Knight, Punisher, Black Widow, Heroes for Hire, Scarlet Spider, Cloak and Dagger, and obviously Spider-Man. Even other heroes like Captain America, Iron Man, Wolverine and others occasionally get down and dirty in the streets. There are others. Some obvious street-level hero figures we need are an updated Daredevil, classic Luke Cage and Iron Fist, Colleen Wing, Scarlet Spider on an updated buck, Black Widow and Elektra on the new female buck, maybe even a Moon Knight on a bigger, more muscular buck. I might be in the minority, but I want a "classic" Darkhawk.
But there's also so many great villains here. Assassins and hitmen, ninjas, organized crime bosses and lieutenants, terrorist/politically motivated villains or groups, corrupt corporate types and a wealth of B, C and D-level Spidey villains that get to shine against some of these other non A-list heroes. Getting the likes of Jigsaw and Stilt-Man, the Hand Ninja army builders is great, but there are so many others.
Just to name a few...
Daredevil: Owl, Gladiator, The Rose, Ikari, updated Typhoid Mary, Lady Bullseye, Purple Man, Bullet
Moon Knight: Bushman, Black Spectre, Crossfire, Stained Glass Scarlet, Killer Shrike, Morpheus
Punisher: Hitman, The Russian, Barracuda, Bushwhacker
Heroes for Hire: Cottonmouth, Bushmaster, Diamondback, Black Mariah, Razor Fist
Scarlet Spider: Kaine, Judas Traveler, Lady Octopus, Stunner
Darkhawk: Portal, Savage Steel
Black Widow: Snapdragon, Iron Maiden
Spider-Man: Black Tarantula, Cardiac, Tarantula, Silvermane, Sin-Eater, Solo, Chance, Armada, Overdrive, classic Beetle and a bunch of others.
Anyone else thinks this oft-ignored seedy underbelly of the Marvel Universe needs more Legends love? Add to the list. Let's get at least a few of these made!

I'd definitely be down for more of Daredevil's rogues, especially from the Bendis-Brubaker-Waid years. Owl, Lady Bullseye, Mr. Fear, Black Tarantula, White Tiger, Melvin Potter, Spot. I'd even take Foggy Nelson. When I was reading comics regularly, Daredevil was always my perennial, because it was so reliably and consistently good.

Colleen Wing sticks out for me.
Karen Page & Foggy Nelson would be amazing for my Daredevil display. Super unlikely

Re: Taking it to the Streets: More Street-Level Characters Needed
Daredevil should just get his own wave. Plenty of characters who could appear in it.
I think some of the Iron Fist/Power Man villains could fit into future Shang-Chi waves by way of them being martial arts based. Not that waves are really locked into themes.
Spider-Man will continue to get a wave or two per year until the end of time, so any of his characters are potentials. Basically, anyone can appear in a Spider-Man wave.

I'd definitely be down for this but I think the problem lies with Hasbro being unwilling to give lower tier heroes their own wave unless it's an MCU version. I mean it boggles my mind that characters like Daredevil and Punisher have never had a wave.

Re: Taking it to the Streets: More Street-Level Characters Needed
This is another area of the Marvel Universe that’s been neglected (along with the cosmic and mystic areas), save for the Spider-Man waves. Hasbro puts most of it’s resources into the X, and Avengers properties. Business wise that’s just good practice, to capitalize on the most popular properties, leaving the Spidey waves to pick up the more street level characters. That said, finding another banner to extend this corner under is tricky. Daredevil had promise, but with the demise of the tv series, and no new movie, not sure it carries enough weight. Moon Knight might take that promise, if it proves quality enough. Perhaps just an all purpose Marvel Knights banner encompassing everything in this corner, comic and video.
That all said, I’d like more from this end of Marvel too, in addition to everything listed already;
Crimebuster
Tantrum
Bandit
Black Fox
Silhouette
Midnight’s Fire
Cage
Hardcore
Solitaire
Degenerate
Jinn
Bloodstrike
Smiling Tiger
Silk Fever

Re: Taking it to the Streets: More Street-Level Characters Needed
Definitely YES to everything above, especially the Moon Knight villains! But we could definitely use 90's Ghost Rider, his bike, and accompanying characters: Trenchcoat Johnny Blaze, Vengeance, 90s Blade, Deathwatch, Blackout, Scarecrow, Centurious, Snowblind, Zodiak, Mephisto, Blackheart, Hag and Troll, The Orb, Reverend Styge the Sin-Eater... lol... ok, so that's a lot. But I would buy every one! And I agree we need a "Classic" Darkhawk! And 8-Ball for Sleepwalker!

Re: Taking it to the Streets: More Street-Level Characters Needed
I don’t know that a character as popular as daredevil has been as abandoned as far as action figure production in the history of marvel legends. They just put some costumes on Bucky cap every year and call it good. They could do a daredevil ongoing and it would sell through the roof. Some I know I would buy would be
Daredevil on the new X-men body- classic
Black suit kingpin
Owl modern
Owl classic
Bullseye in trench coat
Lady bullseye

Elektra
