My Ulik is “preparing” and I can only “request cancellation,” even though I can order now to get it in a few days.

Thats the same place I'm in. Hopefully they will ship our stuff out soon. Because it does say "preparing" and my other pre order, the Star Wars Black Series Boba Fett does not say that. So, hopefully Wal-Mart means it when they say "preparing". But with this company who the hell knows lol. I did check my credit card, and it hasn't charged yet.

Tracking claims he'll deliver tomorrow, but I don't see that happening as he hasn't actually moved yet.

My Ulik is still showing it'll be shipped on 7/20. I'm tempted to cancel and reorder, but I've had issues with Walmart before, so I guess I'll stick it out.

I pre-order Ulik in March. My ETA July 16
Order today on website, delivery July 1

How, in any related business, do you insult your pre-order customers with making them wait longer than you can just log in to buy?
