One A Day - Day 298: Dominic Fortune

Barely know Rancor, but definitely want her.

On her sixteenth birthday, Rancor clawed her father's beating heart from his chest. Her first act as the new ruler was to enslave the entire human population.[1]

So, bad guy then?

Sadly I have no attachment to this character, and hadn't heard of her before this, so not on my list.

Been a popular week for plunging necklines though.

She's done things that would make Sabretooth blush, so yeah, bad guy.

So big thanks to beamish for offering me a chance to include a pick. I was a huge fan of the GOTG comic back in the day. I first came across them through my brother's collection of 70s comics. I was a fan, and thankfully was full on into comics when their 90s run started. I loved this run of the team and all the crazy descendants of Marvel characters that appeared throughout.

Rancor was such an over the top character, and I have to admit I loved the Wolverine look to her character.

So in truth if they did do a ML Rancor, it would be a HUGE FREAKIN' YES!!!!!!!! from me.

I read that Valentino run on GoG back in the day, but I don't need Rancor.

I like Rancor. Great character and awesome design. Unfortunately, she falls outside my collection focus so she's going to be a pass.

I have no love for symbiotes, but I've bought them all, and can't resist adding to their numbers. I like her color scheme too, so bring her on.

I always think I'm tired of symbiotes, but they do have cool looks. If they could pull off the Bagley art look, I'd be all for Agony.

I don't personally want any of the symbiotes, but I hope that they make Agony for those that do want her. I sold off my Scream, Lasher, and Phage recently because I have limited space and no great love for them.

Passed on Knull because of price, but I THINK I'm still collecting Symbiotes, so stick her in a Spidey or Venom wave and you still probably have me.

Even as a 90’s kid, I’m not totally in love with the Life Foundation symbiotes, but I’d take Agony and Riot to finish off the team.

I’d take Hybrid too just because I had his old ToyBiz figure as a kid

Never heard of Rancor. Thought she looked a bit like Wolverine before TFiz summed her up. Not a huge want but might pick her up in a sale. It's an interesting look.
