Batman 89 Batvault

A long time collector contacted me and requested a custom Batvault for the (supposedly) upcoming Mezco 89 Batman. Due to my love of all things Batman 89 - I couldn't resist. Only catch it had to cost next to nothing....

Base material- A beats headphone box. Nice sturdy cardboard that takes an exacto cut really well. Drew out the details.

Base coat in shades of cheap acrylic. Black, with Black metallic and a light dry brushing of silver

Cave wall. Pink foam, my first and definitely not my last experience with this medium. Split this replicates rock so well with minimum sculpting (if any).

Now if ONLY Mezco would ship that pesky Batman 89.

Enjoyed the build, learnt some things as always and may attempt another for myself. Nice shelf friendly, inexpensive compact piece that showcases the figures well. Critiques as always very welcome :)
