Like someone else said above, the Turtle Van was always listed as Q1 2023 in every email I got from NECA. Not saying it couldn't change in the future, but it's always said that so far since the preorder window.

Yeah, I feel the same way. There's probably 8-10 characters that I really want and never had figures back in the day that would complete my collection for the Classic toon. I think Neca knows that many people coming close to completion on the original Cartoon and makes me wonder if they'll announce going into the 2003 and 2012 series soon.

How can the collection be complete without Super Irma, Mona Lisa, and Ray Fillet?

While I loves me some Ray Fillet, I have zero recollection of him in the animated series. That's what I've mostly limited my collection to, what I remember from the show, one character each. No rat or cat variants of humans. I already caved on a few that I really only know as toys because I had them growing up. So Usagi and the Neutrinos are really the last thing I've seen them solicit that I'm interested in.

Tempestra is absolutely a must, especially being in the new game. She has to be shown at SDCC.

I wouldn’t expect NECA to do 2003 or 2012 anytime soon, they are a pretty nostalgia based company and that seems to drive a lot of their decisions. They can milk the 80s and 90s a lot more before they even jump to the 2000s.

How can the collection be complete without Super Irma, Mona Lisa, and Ray Fillet?

I probably won't get a Super Irma unless she came packed with a ton of different heads that I can put on my regular Irma. But even then, it's a stretch. I've skipped one some of the more unnecessary variants, but if NECA is really going to make every D list character, then I might be to be a little bit more choosey.

Mona Lisa is a 100%, Ray Fillet is a maybe. Watch, NECA is just going to package them both together... that was how I ended up with Mutagen Man.

Ten years ago, even five years ago, I never could have fathomed a line of cartoon based TMNT that went this deep. That it filled out this quickly. I honestly still can’t believe it sometimes.

I initially balked at the idea of a figure upon seeing that for the first time, since I had never seen that episode growing up.

After having watched it recently, he'll never be my canon "Ray Fillet" (that'll be Archie Ray), but he does some awesome things in the cartoon, and I would totally make him a villain of Ray's, along with Armaggon!

So yes, please make him, NECA!

Yeah I think at least for the toon lines I only really need a few more till I’ll be good with this line but as unlikely as it is I would really love if Neca did the 2012 series

It will probably make a really cool looking figure even though it’s not the version people like. But we’re getting that version anyway so bring on this one too. No real problem because everyone can get what they want.
