I think I'm in, esp if we can get the gorilla dude in a wave or two.

Re: Funko 18th Overwatch
Very pleased these aren't 6" - some of the character pieces (such as Hammond's hamster ball or Dva's mech) would be way too large in 6". This is the right size imo - and they look good! Price point is awesome too - 12.99 on Amazon.

They look awful. Not super surprising given the price point and manufacturer.

Re: Funko 18th Overwatch
Those renders don't look promising. They couldn't even get them in decent poses there. It's a pass for me.
Wish Hasbro had continued the line but I understand that it didn't sell. I can still find those clearanced out. Probably too big of a production run, should have scaled back and focused on more specialty markets.

Gawdamn, BBTS' entire PO is already sold out.
What exactly looks 'awful' about them, esp since they're just digi-renders?

If they weren't like 3 years late with making the figures I can almost guarantee they'd have been hits.

Re: Funko 18th Overwatch
It's possible. They did miss the peak of Overwatch, which definitely hurt the sales. I'm not sure if Overwatch 2 being released is really going to create much of a demand for action figures either. Its reception was lukewarm.
I think a smaller scale for this line might be a good thing, but judging by the lack of articulation (at least from what I can tell) it just won't be up to par. Maybe the production figure will be different, but there are only rare cases of a production figure being better than the render.
Depending on if this line actually manages to get past a couple waves, I'd be interested in buying some of my favorite characters that hasbro never got around to. Ashe and Bob would be cool.

Not familiar with overwatch, but I can see some of these guys making their way into my 1:18 collection if I come across them in the wild.
I love seeing more companies embrace 1:18 scale!

I'm a 6" scale collector so maybe I'm grading on a 1/12 curve, but they look bad to me. The sculpts and detailing are rough approximations at best and the articulation looks poor.
I'm also going into it with low expectations because of Funko's previous foray into poseable action figures.

No Figma Winston.
No Hasbro Winston.
C'mon, Funko. You already made a Pop.
