So the dicelings are super fun. I picked up the red dragon and the owl bear at Walmart the other day, and I love them! Definitely going to get the beholder, maybe the black dragon. I hope we get some other cool dicelings in the future! Maybe a D6 Gelatinous cube could be cool. :P

Funny week with D&D figures.
- got the two NECA figures the other day. They look great, but it's so strange that NECA is putting out a couple of figures at this massive scale but there doesn't seem to be plans to expand the line (?)
This is pretty standard NECA release strategy, though. Two figures at a time well spaced out. Look at the Gargoyles line - one figure at a time with release dates separated by months. Even their Turtles product they don't do "waves" of figures like Hasbro or even Super7.

They have announced and shown the next two figures - can't wait for Strongheart - and I would imagine they'll have another couple to show off in the not too distant future... it is that Toy Fair time of year - even if Toy Fair isn't a thing anymore. If the current batch are strong sellers we should definitely see the line continue for a minute.
Ah, cool, I didn't see the announcement about Strongheart. Thought it was strange we'd only seen two and no discussion about anything further down the line. That's a good sign.

I wish Hasbro would make Willow (movie & TV series) figures that scaled with these.

Oh! Proper Willow figures are just about the last of my grails and they’d look great alongside Hasbro’s DND offerings. With Super 7 and now Funko finally breaking the decades long drought, feels like these are closer to happening then ever before.

A Madmartigan and Willow who would scale with these D&D figures would be dream come true figures. I love the simple Super7 ones I picked up but a fully articulated Val Kilmer would be like a crown jewel of my entire action figure collection.

Unrelated, saw most of the current crop of D&D figures at Target yesterday, but not a ton of them. I do hope they sell a bit at retail so we'll see more. Saw the wizard and barbarian characters, one each, plus the cartoon stuff.

There is a rather decently-sized Dragon for the Movie-Line, that I saw at Wal-Mart this week! Scales pretty decently with the human-sized ones!

Did you pick up the dragon? I see it on the WM site. I know it's not that poseable, but I do wish the neck was poseable, other than at the base of the neck. A ball at the base of the neck would go miles to making this more appealing.

Didn't pick up yet, but it seemed like there was a lot of it! Hoping they get around to baddies and other creatures in the line!

I ordered the dragon from WM. It’s not at my nearest WM but is scheduled for delivery today so it must be coming from another store in the city. Curious to see what it’s like in person. Feel like I should support if we want more large creatures.

Huh. I was hoping the line would go on sale but didn't expect it'd hit that kind of discount this early. I did pay full price for Pine but I'd be more inclined to pick up the set even at 25% off... under 10 bucks would be a steal. The Pine figure is really well done, I think.

Rege is the last of the adventuring party to be teased but with Doric seemingly coming, I’m hopeful they’ll be a Wave 2 that includes him.

Concerning that they’re being clearanced out at some Targets though.
