I hope they do not go under. Dorkside, EE and physical GameStops are pretty much the only places I buy figures anymore cause they actually discount their products.

Did they blow too much money going to SW Celebration and other conventions this year?

Valaverse’s video really was a “good on ya” when it comes to their product. Those figures are pretty well made. It drives me crazy previous antics but this move was classy. Or at the least good taste.

All things come to an end. It’s a shame it’s come to an abrupt one and many are getting much undo hardship. I hope it’s made almost even in refunds or alternate product.

Swarm trooper was my last purchase. I wish the memory of this collectible source well. I’m not sure it has been recently the same service I had previously but I bear it no ill will.

Bobby Vala of Action Force put out a YouTube video today saying that Dorkside are pretty much closing their doors. The product disappeared from the site because he bought it back, including the exclusive, and he’s going to sell it himself.

Still no response to any of the several emails I sent Dorkside over the last few weeks.

I've always defended Dorkside whenever the issue came up here, because I had mostly very positive experiences with them. I'm not here to bash them now, but I'm extremely disappointed that I can't even get a response. Now I'll be out nearly $600 in prepaid orders. I don't even have the option of store credit - not that they have anything I really want - because they won't reply to me.

I wish them the best in overcoming this turmoil, but I'm dismayed they don't feel the need to at least attempt to do right by their loyal customers. I've only been buying from them for about three years, but I've spent thousands of dollars on their merchandise.

Not much gratitude, I guess, for supporting their business and almost always spending my dollars with them instead of their direct competitors.

how long did it normally take them to get product out the door after sending the email that your order shipped? i took a shot on one of their discounted items last friday. received the order shipped email monday afternoon but no movement yet.

my credit card company would have my back if i never receive it but i'd rather get the order.

same -- I was patient the first time because I'm sure they're getting a lot of e-mails, but just sent a 2nd message today. The picking & choosing of who/what they respond to is just sheisty.

They are having a fire sale right now till the 18th then the doors close I suspect they havent reduced their entire stock yet but as the days go on im suspecting they will! Buy at your own risk though!
