Re: One a Day - Day 523: Two-Gun Kid
Of course I need a Two-Gun Kid for the Avengers shelf! Hasbro should really invest in some Western figures; they could really knock out quite a few characters with such a base body.

Oh yes, easy purchase. Maybe a deluxe figure with a horse.

I guess my other issue would be what does he get for accessories? In this day and age it seems Legends are trending downward for parts count outside of the figures themselves. I would hate to think of the Two-Gun Kid with no guns, or worse just ONE!!!
He would slide into a more definite yes if he was in a wave with at least one other gunslinger/western character (Rawhide Kid, Kid Colt, Phantom Rider, etc.) Lotta "Kid" characters. That way I could at least pair him up. Although if they did do some of them I would then need some horses to go with them........damnit....

You could say that about 80% of the Marvel universe heroes at one point or another....PantherCult wrote: ↑Mon Mar 20, 2023 6:17 pmI mean... he's an Avenger, so with the Avengers? He's partnered with the Avengers on multiple occasions and palled around with She-Hulk in her solo tile for awhile. He's must have in my book.
Hawkeye even gave (leant?) him his sky cycle to ride around on, so he could make use of the vehicle the upcoming Hawkeye is paired with as well.

TGK is welcome addition. Needed for the Avengers shelf, and great usage for other western characters, old and modern.

He joins Swordsman, Mantis and Moondragon as the only official members of the Avengers before issue 200 to not yet have figures in the Legends line. ALL 4 of those are desperately needed in my Legends collection
Starfox and Dr. Druid are the only other members through issue 300 that haven't made it into the line - since Monica (as CM) is getting her figure this year.
Re: One a Day - Day 523: Two-Gun Kid
While kind of true - TGK is more official than alot of them - The Wikipedia page for Avengers members shows that he was given "honorary" status in Avengers 147. but was given official Avengers membership in Avengers 174.

Re: One a Day - Day 523: Two-Gun Kid
Two-Gun Kid is a participant in the Korvac Saga, so he is a must have for me. He wasn't in the final battle, but he was there for a lot of it, just like Beast.
I want to recreate this cover so badly!
Then display them all in little tubes around my toy room.

Yep, and Carol 1st appearance Ms. Marvel 1970's hair. I'll use a different Wasp costume when I get the rest, since I doubt the orange/gold costume will ever be made.PantherCult wrote: ↑Mon Mar 20, 2023 10:16 pmMoondragon, TGK and a whole lot of Guardians you need to get there.

Yes to Two-Gun Kid!
And I doubt the accessories count would be an issue for him. The new Yelena Black Widow came with a ton of accessories. Two guns, a sniper rifle, two blast effects, and two smoke effects.

Re: One a Day - Day 523: Two-Gun Kid
Two-Gun Kid is a good idea, but Hasbro would either cheap out and only give him 1 gun or the guns would be molded to the holsters.

Re: One a Day - Day 523: Two-Gun Kid
Two-Gun Kid is as much a want for me as Swordsman,Moondragon, Mantis, Stingray, and other lower-profile classic Avengers. Loved him in his modern turn in She-Hulk's book, and he's got a great look. Plus he would pave the way for lots of other gunslinger/western type figures like Rawhide Kid, Web-Slinger, Texas Twister, and who knows what else!
