Re: NECA: TMNT Archie Comic Series
It looks like Slash is finally hitting the online store I ordered him from. I am excited to get my frost Archie figure and can’t wait to complete the Mutanimals.
I love that they’re talking about the wrestling turtles. That issue was the first comic book I ever bought as a kid, and those looks hold a special place in my heart. Love that they mentioned Crying Hound in the interview. I’d love Stump and Sling too.

Just saw this video review of Ray and Jagwar and I can say with confidence that these will be my favourite figures of the new releases. Come oooooooon Ali, papa needs those Archie figures!

Just picked up Man Ray and Jagwar from one of my local Targets on my lunch break, can not wait to get them home and pose them up with Slash! They look absolutely fantastic in package. Hopefully Dreadmon will be up for pre-order soon.

The two haulathon figures will be at online retailers later, right?

Re: NECA: TMNT Archie Comic Series
Yes. No Turtle stuff is exclusive to Target except the cartoon figures. All the comic stuff, Mirage and Archie, is just getting to Target first and likely won't be offered elsewhere until Haulathon is over.

Re: NECA: TMNT Archie Comic Series
I can’t wait to find these guys. I loved Mutanimals as a kid so this would have even a dream come true back in the day. Finally getting Jagwar and Dreadmon is something I never thought would happen. This line has me excited so I hope they stick with it for a while before they move onto something else turtle related.

Out of all of the Haulathon stuff I’ve been able to get my hands on so far I think Man Ray is my favorite. He’s great, well painted, well stylized, with good enough articulation. I love his alternate head too, it basically turns him into “Stupid, sexy, Man Ray.”

With the talk of the wrestling turtles, I’d really love if they were all new sculpts. The Archie turtles always had more of a stock look to them, so the existing toon turtle bodies don’t look right to my eye if they were to try and release those as Archie figures.
Re: NECA: TMNT Archie Comic Series
Leatherhead as well. Just getting those 7 members would be great with me. I hope we get them completed soon.

Yep! TMNT Adventures #7 was my very first TMNT comic...I had no idea what the heck was going on, but I was hooked. I've always wanted Raph in this black outfit!Calbretto wrote:It looks like Slash is finally hitting the online store I ordered him from. What a time to be alive! Modern toys remind me of the movie 'Step Brothers'...Dale and Brennan are playing with night vision goggles, and Brennon says "can you imagine if we'd had these when we were 7?!?" Dale replies, "Even better...We got 'em when we're 40!"
