Well it passed 13,000 and now less than 1000 until the first tier is unlocked. Also it is still adding around 200 backers a day which is a bit surprising to me. However overall good news for fully funding this project.

Mostly because the end of funding is still a ways out, and the 200 average is a bit unusual for a Haslab project. The daily average was in the 60s until it hit almost 200. That means it more than doubled it's daily average much sooner than usual for a Haslab. Generally we don't see that kind of bump near the end until the final 5 (or less) days.

In any case it is all still good news, and we should unlock the first tier on Monday when they add the international orders.

That's the TF fandom for you though. They are bit more stingy, anal, anti-social and paranoid than other fandoms. A sizeable chunk of them who definitely wanted Deathsaurus were never going to back until it reached the minimum quota.

I doubt that is the case.

Ben from Marketing (B-Mac) said during their livestream that they were working with their international partners to get a number every Monday since most of them are in the East and their Monday morning is Hasbro's Sunday evening. That means they have quite a few hours to get their ducks in a row.

Agreed- in fact I'd say the majority are all good people. But, oh my goodness, that obnoxious minority are very vocal, and post frequently!

Selling stuff on ebay- action figures accrue bids slowly but surely over the course of a week. Selling a transformer? No bids until the last hour where it then gets sniped at a frequency that could crash ebay!
